– Booking fee is 50% of the overall hire cost.

– The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the hire period start date.
– In the result of a cancellation more than 24 weeks before the hire start date, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
– If a cancellation occurs within 24 weeks of the hire start date, the booking fee is non-refundable.
– If the event is unable to go ahead due to government restrictions regarding coronavirus, then the booking can be rescheduled for a new date and no additional fee will be charged.
– It is the hirer’s responsibility to protect our tents from damage and vandalism during the hire period. Repair costs for any damage will be charged to the hirer.
– It is the hirer’s responsibility to check suitability of the site, including ground conditions, presence of underground services, space available and access. Our tents are designed to be pitched on grass only although some other ground types can be accommodated for an additional fee. All pitch sizes can be found on our website or by contacting us. Any questions must be raised before booking. We reserve the right to charge additional fees or cancel the
booking if the site is found to not be suitable on arrival.
– Travel costs are subject to change in line with market rates for fuel and other associated costs.
