The Sand Berber is our twist on the traditional tent design from the nomadic Berber people of Northern Africa, who for centuries have used these structures to host celebrations, ceremonies and gatherings of family and friends – a place to share food and stories together.
We have adapted the Berber’s design to create a tent capable of withstanding British weather conditions, utilising natural timber from native UK species, to bring just a taste of Berber heritage to your festival or event.
NATURALLY ELEGANT
The Sand Berber’s swooping ceiling and gable roof shape help create an elegant structure, with a cosy welcoming feel.
Twin poles in the centre of the tent and a hand carved ridge piece support the sand canvas.
Being cotton-based, the canvas is breathable and so helps maintain a comfortable temperature inside on hotter days. All our tents are 100% waterproof.
